3. Email Verification Limitation

Email verification only confirms that a user has access to the email address used during registration. It does not mean that SafarSath.pk has verified the user’s identity, character, background, CNIC, driving license, vehicle ownership, vehicle condition, route, or travel intention.

4. No Guarantee of Ride Availability or Accuracy

SafarSath.pk does not guarantee that any ride listing, ride request, route, fare contribution, time, vehicle information, user profile, or contact information is accurate, complete, available, safe, or suitable. Users must independently confirm all details before making any travel arrangement.

5. No Liability for User Conduct

SafarSath.pk is not responsible for the actions, omissions, behaviour, communication, promises, disputes, cancellations, delays, accidents, losses, damages, injuries, payments, or any other issue arising between users before, during, or after any ride-sharing arrangement.

6. No Payment Handling by SafarSath.pk

SafarSath.pk does not process ride payments, collect ride contributions, hold deposits, or guarantee any financial transaction between users. Any contribution or cost-sharing arrangement is solely between the ride owner and co-rider.

7. Safety Guidance

Users are strongly advised to communicate clearly, verify details, meet in safe public places where appropriate, share trip details with trusted family or friends, and avoid travelling if they feel uncomfortable or uncertain.

8. Report Misuse

If you find any suspicious, unsafe, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate activity on SafarSath.pk, please report it through the website or contact SafarSath.pk support.
